This is our 12th year hosting a diaper drive to support the amazing work of Help a Mother Out!

$3,850

raised by 18 people

$3,000 goal

I became involved with Help A Mother Out, https://www.helpamotherout.org/, when Payton was a baby 12 years ago. I was shocked to learn that diapers aren't covered by public aid programs like WIC or food stamps and decided to host a little diaper drive to help. My friends and family showed up in a BIG way and you all continue to show up year after year after year to support the work HAMO is driving.

We appreciate your ongoing support and can't wait to see you in person next year for our 13th annual drive!

Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Here's more about HAMO and their mission:

Help a Mother Out® works to improve baby and family wellbeing by increasing access to diapers for those in need.

Diapers cost between $80 and $100 per month. That’s a huge expense for the over 5 million low-income families with young children living in the U.S. today. Public assistance programs like food stamps do not cover diapers.

Help a Mother Out® has provided more than 14 million diapers since 2009. They operate the San Francisco Diaper Bank, and serve families in every Bay Area county through a network of community partners and social service agencies.
