Harvey and Pete are keeping me sane

One of the ways I have been coping with social isolation during the quarantine is going on longer walks with Casey, Pete, and Harvey. We even discovered a new nature preserve right here in our neighborhood! Every day we check up on the geese, ducks, turtles and bullfrogs. I'm not sure what my mental health would have looked like if I didn't have them during this pandemic.

And I'm not alone - pets are a source of comfort and happiness for a whole lot of people during this stressful time.  

PAWS Atlanta has provided that comfort for so many families during this pandemic, but we need your help to continue. Some of our most predictable sources of revenue have almost completely dried up, but the expenses of caring for our animals don't stop.  The generosity of our community over the past six weeks has been humbling and we greatly appreciate your support!
