Fences!

GRS has the use of 40 acres, free of charge.  About 13 acres are fenced as pasture today. There is ~10 acres of grassland that is not fenced and does not have water lines. Particularly with the drought this year, we need that extra grazing land for the horses. Since COVID, the materials for the fence have more than doubled, so that the cost of fencing that pasture has gone from $6500 to more than $12,000.  The gentleman who does our fence has offered to provide the labor at 30% less than his normal rate.  We need help with the cost of materials to fence and run water lines, which will be around $8500.  This additional 10 acres will allow us to double the size of 3 of our smaller pastures and provide more natural grass and room to run for our horses.
