MANA de San Diego transforms communities by empowering Latinas to achieve upward mobility and a better quality of life. We inspire Latinas of all ages to reach their full potential through education, leadership development, community building, and advocacy by leveraging engaged members and community partners.
We do this through our major programs: Hermanitas Youth Leadership Mentor Program, College Success Program, Scholarship Program, Latina Success Program and it's leadership program LSLP, and the newly established STEM Pathways Initiatives.
