Zippy On Verge of Death

When Zippy's foster noticed her shaking and labored breathing he rushed her to a vet for emergency treatment. Upon arrival, the vet noted that she was minutes away from dying. The vet extracted a large amount of fluid from around her heart. To diagnose and treat Zippy's underlying medical condition, x-rays, sonogram, fluid extractions, fluid cytology, subcutaneous fluids, antibiotics, and overnight hospitalization were all required. After more than a week at the vet, Zippy was released back to her foster where she is recovering from her recent ordeal.
