This family is caring for two children with developmental disabilities and high behavioral needs, requiring ongoing therapies, services, and frequent doctor visits that have created significant financial strain. In addition to the intensive care the children require, the family is also supporting elderly maternal grandparents, further stretching their time and resources. Limited transportation adds another barrier to accessing necessary appointments and services.
