In 2016, when my father announced he had been diagnosed with ALS and the Joe Martin Foundation stepped in to provide home care, I knew I had to do something in order to give back to the foundation.
With the help of Neil Cottrell and Sarah Hayden, my family, and many more volunteers, we created the Joe Martin ALS Rivalry Softball Challenge.
Over the last three years, we have raised over $60,000 to help families across the Carolinas affected by this disease. This year please help me reach our goal of $25,000 and make this event even more of a success than it has already been.
