William Liberty's Service Dog

My name is William and I am an 11 year old child with multiple disabilities. I need a Multipurpose Assistance Dog from 4 Paws For Ability. I have sleeping beauty syndrome, 2 types of seizures, and I am autistic. Having a support companion will alert my family to an oncoming seizure and keep me safe during the seizure. My service dog will be able to calm me down during a meltdown, lower my social anxiety and help me with my balance when needed. My dog will help me with everyday activities to make my life a little easier in all the chaos. My dog will be my best furever friend and protector and I will be his.
