Sustainability & Accessibility Initiatives

At Fauquier Juneteenth, our vision is clear: to host a sustainable and accessible festival for all. We are committed to creating an inclusive celebration that not only honors the rich heritage of Juneteenth but also ensures that everyone in our community can participate and enjoy the festivities. From reducing our environmental footprint to providing resources for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, we strive to make our event a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone. We are fundraising specifically to support recycling and waste reduction initiatives.  Secondly, we would like to hire an American Sign Language interpreter to provide translation for the Main Program.
