I’m running my second-ever half marathon for My Friend’s Place! When I first joined the team at My Friend's Place back in 2022, I didn't realize the lasting-impact it would make on me and I'm forever grateful for the experience. I'm running to support the incredibly powerful and creative youth of My Friend's Place. For those who are here with us today and those who've we lost.

ABOUT MY FRIEND'S PLACE
For 36 years and counting, My Friend’s Place has been assisting and inspiring homeless youth to build self-sufficient lives. My Friend’s Place offers a comprehensive continuum of services to homeless youth between the ages of 12 and 30 and their children, helping young people experiencing homelessness to move toward wellness, stability and self-sufficiency. My Friend’s Place is committed to a trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach and low-barrier service model that emphasizes the value of each individual young person who walksthrough our doors.
