Newborn Pups in Rough Condition at High Risk

Eight absolutely precious, 8 week old hound puppies were recently surrendered to one of our partner rescues in southern Virginia. They were found in rough conditions outside, so the owner was asked to surrender them. We want to make sure they avoid a shelter environment since their delicate immune systems aren't equipped for that kind of setting. Getting them to Homeward Trails into foster homes where they can finally get the TLC they need is our priority, but taking in 8 puppies is an expensive undertaking.
