My 'Hope From Home' Fundraiser!

Pathways Vermont has quickly adapted to these challenging times. With support from their community Pathways Vermont has remained open, providing uninterrupted housing and services, and finding new and creative ways to connect, support, and engage with their service recipients while working to keep them safe and at home. Your donation this holiday season will give thousands of individuals across the state access to a home of their own and compassionate support they urgently need this year. That is powerful. 

Since the COVID-19 crisis began in March, Pathways Vermont has:

• Welcomed over 60 households home, successfully ending their homelessness;

• Expanded their reach to serve areas greatly in need of our mission-critical work, such as the Northeast Kingdom, Bennington, and Lamoille Counties;

• Increased coverage for the Pathways Vermont Support line, providing around-the-clock, 24/7 support to individuals seeking connection and solace during this unprecedented and isolating time;

• And so much more!
