Queeraoke info:
Each month, LGBTQIA2S+ people, friends, families, and allies gather in Bemidji for an evening of music, laughter, connection, and community. For some people, Queeraoke is a fun night out. For others, it may be one of the few public spaces where they can show up as themselves and feel seen, welcomed, and safe.
In rural northern Minnesota, affirming spaces are still limited. LGBTQIA2S+ people often have to travel farther, search harder, or take more risks just to find community. Queeraoke helps fill that gap by offering a consistent, low-barrier gathering space rooted in joy, dignity, and belonging.
Pride Support Network created Queeraoke because our community needs more than one-time events. We need spaces that happen regularly. We need places where people can build relationships over time. We need events that remind people they are not alone.
Your gift helps keep Queeraoke going.
Donations support the real costs of making this monthly event possible, including event supplies, outreach, accessibility needs, host and entertainment support, volunteer support, safety materials, and the behind-the-scenes coordination it takes to keep Queeraoke welcoming and sustainable.
When you support Queeraoke, you are not just funding an event. You are helping sustain rural LGBTQIA2S+ community infrastructure. You are helping create a space where people can laugh, sing, connect, and belong.
Help us keep Queeraoke singing.
