Very Young Pups Need Help ASAP

Sugar & Stitch are black and white, bouncy-eared Lab mix puppies that were saved from a horrible case of neglect – they, along with several other dogs, were found abandoned in a rural Virginia building in horrible condition. At only 4 months old, these sweet, very young pups have found themselves off the streets and into a low resource, low foot traffic rural shelter, putting them at high risk – especially as they are barely old enough to get the proper vetting to be in this situation.
