Could You be Allie's Angel?

This sweet angel is Allie!  She's a beautiful 7 month old mix that was dumped at the shelter by her owner when they decided to move.  Allie is so young that it breaks our hearts to think she is living her days in a rural VA shelter.  She surely thought she had a forever home with the only family she knew but is now realizing her days may be numbered at the rural shelter she is at.  Every day she spends listening to loud dogs barking, unfamiliar smells, no soft place to sleep and no unconditional love from an owner.  Homeward Trails does not want sweet Allie to become one of the dogs that grows up in a shelter.  We are finding all ways possible to bring her to the DC area but need your help!  Allie will be able to offer such love and companionship to a new family, but first we have to get her out of the shelter with your donation!
