We believe in FTR, and we know you do too. Help our community stay strong- Welcome to VFTR

$30,000 goal

FTR is all about community. COVID-19 may have forced us to temporarily close our doors-- but it has opened up a new way to connect. Welcome to VirtualFTR (VFTR).

Help fund us for this period of time when we can't high-five, slap hands, tell our stories, and touch in-person. We'll use Zoom videoconferencing, Facebook Live, and the Internet to stay in touch. Zoom is a free app and easy to use (we'll teach you!).

Our community includes our incredible staff- who continue to work hard  during these uncertain times. As a matter of integrity and responsibility for everything we started, FTR will continue to pay them as long as we can while we battle this virus. Any contribution from you will help us keep this pledge. Here comes VFTR and how we'll stay connected:

Connect through Exercise- On stage is all the rage

Daily Classes via Zoom! Our trainers are strutting on the KettleBell Stage above while teaching class virtually via Zoom to our members. There will be workouts live on Facebook, during the week as well. FTR Ladies' Night will continue, it is especially important to women in early recovery to have support in these stressful times.

Connect through Nutrition- The Rose Knows Cooking Shows

Join Rose Mattson, FTR Nutrition Pillar Lead, as she leads us through the preparation of  easy, delicious, affordable meals. Monday at 6:30pm, she'll do group cooking- the ingredient list will come out on Thursday. Tuesday at 6:30pm, we'll sit down for a meal together. Every Thursday, you will find easy-to-make, budget-friendly, COVID-19 accessible meals for the week including a simple grocery list.  All nutrition classes will be held on Zoom.

Connect through Creative Expression: The marvels of music

The music group will do two songwriting circles Wednesday and Friday from 6-8PM, in Zoom. Bring a live instrument, your voice and connect with each other through music.

Connect through Service: To each other

We know we can't push COVID-19 back into its box, but we can respond in a way that maintains our community and supports our recovery. We are all in this together, and we need your help. FTR's next three months of expenses- salaries for our staff, rent, utilities, technology and all the other stuff that binds our community, total $120,000. If we hit our funding goal of $30,000, we'll come out of this challenging period strong and with new resources to make us stronger.

With your help, we're going to have a great 2020.  Together, with our community and VFTR we'll survive, and indeed thrive. And in case you've forgotten, look at our 2019 Annual Report to see what we accomplished together last year. Please give what you can, and welcome to VFTR.
