Bloodwork looks good!
We are glad to share that Amelia's bloodwork came back, and all is well. While we are beyond happy for Amelia and what this means for her health, we are still stuck with the bill. Can you help us cover our expenses?
The Homeward Trails team noticed something a little off in Amelia. She seemed to bleed too much after very minor things, like getting poked with a vaccine needle or a scratch from playing with other pups. To be sure that all is well, we took Amelia to the vet for bloodwork and a checkup.
Amelia came to Homeward Trails by way of Puerto Rico. She was found tied to a fence at a restaurant, abandoned without anyone to claim her. She is great with people and dogs. She is very energetic, and loves to jump and play. She is an amazing addition to the Homeward Trails roster and we just want to be sure she is in tip-top shape before she goes to her forever home.
