Baby Arthur is Too Cute for Words

Baby Arthur is a 3 month old hound mix puppy who was sadly surrendered by his owner in rural Virginia. This little one was just getting his life started! He dreamed of play dates with friends, long walks with his owner and a soft bed and yummy meal every day. Unfortunately, all his hopes were crushed when his owner couldn't keep him and dropped him off to sit in a cement cage by himself. Arthur thought for sure that someone would come quickly to get him, but the days have turned into weeks and Arthur is growing up quick. He is missing critical puppy development time while spending almost all his time behind a cage door. Please don't let precious Arthur down!
