Stray Mom Separated from 3 Week Old Pups!

This new momma Aurora and her pups have a story that is out of this world!  Aurora was found wandering southern Virginia as a stray, desperately searching for food.   Her rescuers could see that she had recently given birth and while they searched all over, could not locate any of her pups.  With no pups in sight, Aurora was brought to the local shelter who hoped to find her owners.  It was not until DAYS later that the SEVEN 3 week old puppies were located and rushed back to their mom for vital nourishment to keep them alive.  We are so lucky that these tiny defenseless pups were able to survive for a few days without their mom but now they face an overwhelming risk of disease in their current environment.  We NEED to get this family out of their rural shelter and into foster homes ASAP.  Please help us give this family a second chance!
