Brent is begging for a fresh start

Brent is a chocolate brown beautiful shepherd mix who was found wandering the streets of Southern VA at only 11 months old. We can’t tell how long he has been out on his own but we know that his time alone could not have been easy. He is lucky he did not get hit by a car. Being a stray comes with a lot of potential for suffering. He would have suffered dehydration in the summer heat and not been able to find a decent meal. It is good that he has been rescued and can get his basic needs met but Brent deserves more than a life in a cage.

At Homeward Trails we can make sure that Brent goes to a home where he is loved and adored the way he should be. He deserves a home with a forever family committed to his care. We need to make sure we can transport him safely. Please help Brent on his way home
