The Black Business Alliance, Inc.

The Black Business Alliance, Inc. (BBA) seeks to EMPOWER, GUIDE, PROMOTE, ENHANCE, COLLABORATE, GROW and ADVOCATE for Black businesses throughout Connecticut.

BBA is a one-stop organization for Black businesses with an objective to stimulate economic growth and sustainability addressing the gap in access to funding, technical assistance, educational resources, and capacity building - operating as a Business Resource Center for Black empowerment. We build Black businesses to sustain and support families while building our community.

We understand that entrepreneurship is a critical pathway to closing the racial wealth gap - to that end, BBA is launching the Black Equity Sustainability Endowment Fund - a portion of which will be used for business grants and organizational capacity building. During this fundraising campaign, the State of Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development will match our efforts 1:1 up to $500,000 - so our goal is to raise $1,000,000.
