My Name is John Parker,

I am presently a senior at Mountain Island Charter School in Charlotte, NC. I am participating in the Kappa Beautillion Militaire Scholarship Program, sponsored by the Kappa Foundation of Charlotte and the Charlotte Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

The Beautillion is used as a vehicle to raise funds for scholarships, as well as build character, enhance positive moral and social growth, and leadership skills of young men moving into young adulthood. To be involved in this organization is a prestigious affair, and I feel honored to have been recommended, and selected to participate in the program which will convene on April 9th 2027.

Throughout high school, I have worked to maintain strong academic performance while staying involved in my school and community. I have completed three Advanced Placement courses and am currently taking four more Advanced Placement courses. I have also earned AP Scholar recognition and am a member of the National Society of High School Scholars. Other school activities, honors, and community involvement include:

The deadline for the donation is March 16th, 2027 for ads and patrons to be listed in the souvenir booklet. A Beautillion Donation and Ad form , and a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed for your convenience.

April 16th, 2027  is the deadline for all donations.
