Beautiful Bella Can't Wait Any Longer

Beautiful Bella is a cocker spaniel mix. She was sadly surrendered by her owner one day to a rural VA shelter. As sad as that is, Bella may not have been treated well by her previous owners and it could be a blessing in disguise that she no longer lives with them. However, even though Bella isn't being mistreated at the shelter, she certainly isn't being provided the comforts of a home. Bella has a hard plastic bed to sleep on, and is always behind metal cage doors. She deserves so much more in life.
