Beautiful Bootsie Needs All Boots on the Ground

Bootsie is an absolutely beautiful Catahoula / Beagle mix puppy that was found wandering as a stray in rural Virginia. This smiley, waggy-tailed gal has floppy ears, one brown and one piercing blue eye, and dark brown, tan, and white spots. She is seemingly very sweet – so we are unsure why or how at only 10 months old she ended up in the streets. Rural Virginia shelters often have low foot traffic, low resources, and higher euthanasia rates, putting a young puppy like Bootsie at higher risk than she should be.
