Why Stark Naked?  

Joining Stark Fitness has been one of my best decisions. I have worked for years as both a grant writer and as a TV/film accountant, which both involve sitting in front of a screen all day. A few years ago I threw my hat in the ring to try acting, and discovered that I am far more in my head than in my body. Training with Stark has allowed me to reconnect with my body and finally feel comfortable in my own skin. I feel terrific and haven’t been this happy with how I look in years. It has been such a great investment in my health and in my physique that I can’t pass up the chance to take it to the next level. I am so super excited to be doing Stark Naked – let’s get really buff!!

The Hollywood Food Coalition (www.hofoco.org) is an incredible organization that serves a hot meal to the unhoused in Hollywood every single night of the year. They offer additional services such as access to healthcare, employment and housing, and basic needs such as hygiene kits, shoes and blankets, and they also distribute food and meal donations to fellow social service agencies all over Southern California. I currently serve on the board of directors and was formerly the Director of Development. This organization is deeply meaningful to me as I believe everyone deserves access to healthy and delicious food, and the truth is that there is more than enough to share.
