Brownie & Cotton Need Our Help

Brownie (floppy ears, brown) and Cotton (pointy ears, white) are 2-year old Chihuahua mixes from West Virginia. These seemingly-sweet, adorable little buggers who were surrendered by their owner due to no fault of their own. West Virginia shelters often have low resources, low foot traffic, and high euthanasia rates, putting these two cuties at high risk.
