Young Bugle Just Needs Love

Bugle is a young pup! He is a 1 year-old beagle mix weighing in at about 37 pounds. He is great with dogs, but scared of cats - they are foreign creatures! Like most pups, he is eager to learn new things, play, and be given affection. Unfortunately, the rural shelter he is at in Virginia cannot provide nearly enough of that for him - and adoptions there are slim and euthanasia high.
