As a Latin American Association (LAA) employee, the organization is dear to my heart. I love our staff, clients, and programs. My goal for #GivingTuesdayNow is to raise over the $505 that I raised during the winter's #GivingTuesday campaign. I am donating $50, to get us started. Please help me achieve my goal.
During this public health crisis, the LAA has continued to see current clients in crises and new clients facing new crises everyday. Our caseworkers face new challenges each day at a high volume. On Monday, April 20th, our Family-Well Being department received 60 calls, 10 more calls than the new normal of 50 that they receive on a weekly basis.
Our hopes with our #GivingTuesdayNow campaign is to strengthen funding for the critical services  and programs that the LAA provides to Georgia's Latino community.
