Abandoned by the people he loved

This is Buster. After the earthquakes in Puerto Rico, his family abandoned him on the streets. They didn't feel like he was worth saving, and he was left to starve and die. How anyone could leave behind a member of their family during such a traumatic event is completely beyond us, but thankfully people found him and made us aware of his condition. Buster's first family let him down, but we know that there's a good match out there for him that will treat him as he deserves to be - one of their own - and he won't get left behind again. We need to get him to VA to give him his best shot at finding his happy ever after.
