Butler's Open Sores

Butler loves to sit in laps, but he can't stop licking himself raw. The vet believes it's allergies, but tests are required to see what he is allergic to. We've tried eliminating all of the usual suspects, but nothing has helped. Instead, Butler has to live in a cone to keep from harming himself. He must be ready to crawl out of his skin. We can't stop whatever is causing it, if we don't know what it is. To do that, he needs expensive allergy testing and trips to a specialist.

He's getting passed over for adoption because we haven't figured out what's going on yet. Please help Butler!
