Trails for Tails

As many of you know, I have been a volunteer for IMHS for over 10 years. I got my first beloved scruffy mutt, Yeti, there in 2004. She was followed by 2 more scruffy mutts from different rescues (Izzy and Bea) and then finally by Burt (also an IMHS alum) joined our pack along with his Dad, Spike. IMHS is an organization near and dear to my heart as I have seen first hand the good they do for the animals in our community and beyond. Current circumstances are making the regular Trails for Tails event impossible, so we are going virtual this year. More than ever, people (and their pets!) need to get out and enjoy the solace and restorative properties of nature and this event provides an excuse to raise money for an excellent cause, while promoting health and well being in these trying times.
