Hearts That Care Volunteer Health Clinic was founded on the belief that health care is a right and should be accessible by all. For 26 years, HTC has provided free, high-quality healthcare to those with the inability to afford insurance or the costs associated with care. 

Patients are able to receive dental, eye and medical services as well as assistance with prescription copays, prescription glasses, and outreach services for non-health related roadblocks. All of which is designed to ensure patients can live happier and healthier lives.

Hearts That Care is the only free clinic in the state of Oklahoma providing essential dental, eye and medical care and onsite pharmacy services to those who have no other health care option, making HTC the state’s premier comprehensive free clinic. 

HTC does not receive federal funding or take any payments from patients for services provided.
