Caleb Miller - Stark Naked

I’m a Coach at Stark where we help people accomplish their fitness goals, improve their overall health, and make lifestyle changes that affect their lives in a positive way. I have a deep passion for the power of exercise, and for helping people reach their best self. Most of my personal fitness goals have been around aesthetics while remaining functional and strong, which lead to me being interested in Stark Naked. I’m doing Stark Naked because it will be a great chance for me to experience a physique competition, it raises money for a wide variety of good causes, and also will help me learn more about what it takes to reach the pinnacle of fitness. The charity I’ve chosen is Ocean Defenders Alliance. The goal of ODA is to clean and protect the oceans in order to maintain the wildlife and their habitats. They remove thousands of pounds of ocean debris each year and help educate communities on reducing ocean pollution. I chose this charity because I believe that sustaining the ocean is one of the keys to the longevity of our planet.
