Renew, Equip, Unite, and Honor—these are the four pillars upon which Come before Winter was founded upon, and they have guided the ministry for the past 20 years. In 2020 it seemed that the world came to a screeching halt but this ministry did not. We barely made it out of Cyprus in March before the borders closed. Since then numerous online offerings have occurred uniting men and women around the world in ways never done before. I personally have taught 3 online classes the past 18 months, served as the lead equipper for a virtual renewal on 1 Peter and worked with a group from Europe on an International Development Seminar for Fall 2021. One woman from the virtual renewal wrote, "The renewal was beyond what I expected. I was surprised by the many ways or expressions we used to connect to God and His Word." Another person valued "The freedom to share and really be listened to." Just at the Spirit has no bounds neither does the Spirit’s work through Come before Winter.

For 2022, I will continue to teach online courses and work with the CbW administration to prepare both an in person renewal next summer in Poland as well as another virtual renewal to follow.
