Founded in 1992, by Mrs. Chloe Coney, the Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa, Inc. (CDC of Tampa) has built a proven track record of reducing disparities in communities throughout Tampa Bay region. Â Utilizing our unique holistic approach, we provide people the programs, services and education they need; from Youth Leadership, Workforce Training and Home Ownership Counseling to developing Affordable Housing and Commercial properties in economically challenged neighborhoods. Our Economic Prosperity Center connects community members to our partners ensuring individuals and families receive the services they need to succeed!
