Charles is in Pain

Charles has had it rough.  After living in a cage for months and months we get him to rescue only to find out this boy has been in pain!  He needs an urgent dental and to have some teeth pulled. If you've ever had tooth pain you know you can't have a good day when you're suffering like that.  Please help Charles get the funds needed to get him the medical care he needs to be feeling good again.  He'll need that before he can be adopted.  Thank you!
