Charming Charles Needs Your Help!

Charles, the sweetest boy is looking for a new home after his previous owners dumped him at a rural shelter in VA that has the highest euthanasia rate in the state!! We need to get him out before his time runs out. His previous owners said he's amazing with kids and great with other animals. Charles doesn't know what he did to end up in this scary, cold place but we told him we would get him out of there ASAP, but first we need your help.
