Chewy is a handsome, 10-year old beagle weighing in at about 23 pounds. He has gorgeous markings and seems to be quite the friendly fellow. Unfortunately, the person who stumbled upon him wandering outside is unable to afford the care for him on top of the two other dogs he already owns.
