Chris Gialanella - Stark Naked

Why am I doing Stark Naked?  Now that I am a man in my 50’s, it is definitely important for health to always come first.  I learned over the last two years, that taking care of yourself both physically and mentally is always going to give me an advantage in life though work, family, and my own goals.  Stark Naked will give me accountability and help me grow. When I entered the contest 9 years ago for the first time, a lot has changed in the health and fitness world since then and I’m grateful to have the coaches, doctors, and fitness experts at Stark to educate me and take me to the next level.  I am choosing GOVLEARN (https://www.govlearn.org/) as my charity of choice.  This is a 501C-3 dedicated to educating the youth about how politics and civics work.  In today’s climate, it is important more than ever for the next generation to have full knowledge of the basics of how our government works in a non-partisan way   GOVLEARN was started by my son when he was 9 years old.  Fast forward 6 years later and he has developed this nationwide and as a proud dad, I am excited to raise $5000 to keep the momentum going of this very special cause.  What better way to have a father and son both benefiting from their passions in lifestyle and education.
