Christy Prado - Stark Naked

I am excited to share my journey with you!  The Stark Naked program has inspired me to set new goals.  Not only has Stark Naked given me the tools and motivation I needed to finally prioritize my health and wellness, it is also a platform designed to promote giving back to local charities.  The charity I chose is the Women’s and Children’s Crisis Center of Los Angeles.  I chose this charity because I feel there is not enough support for people in abusive situations; the children are most at risk and if a change is not made there is a perpetual vicious cycle of abuse.  I believe that transforming myself physically can help these victims become stronger mentally and hopefully give them an opportunity to persevere and get out of a bad situation.  Sometimes all you need is a little love, patience and support to move mountains.  I am finding these qualities in Stark Naked, the Stark company culture and everything Stark represents…I know my team believes in me; the way I believe the women and children in crisis need to be believed in.  Help me by sharing my page with your friends and family.  My hard work is going to a good cause.  As excited as I am to share this journey with you, I am even more exited to find out what I am really made of and share my proud results!
