Creating Our Own Legacy (COOL) Kids is a non-profit organization committed to cultivating the next generation to become socially conscious leaders. Through volunteerism, community collaboration, and leadership development, COOL Kids offers a continuum of service-oriented leadership opportunities for children and young adults. In response to the COVID-19 and racial justice pandemics, COOL KIDS has partnered with local organizations to host social justice events.
On August 28th, we will join Harlem community leaders on a bus trip to the March on Washington in Washington, DC. Our goal is to provide 30 youth and young adults with the opportunity to witness this historic event. Round trip transportation, t-shirts, masks, and meals will be provided.
