2020 Cycle Across Illinois – John Kranz

Family & Friends,

I know many of you are aware of the IL COPS Ride having sponsored me in the past, thank you again for your generosity which makes a difference that is meaningful and felt. This is the 16th Annual Ride, hopeful your support will be with me on each pedal of the ride this year as well.

For those that are not familiar, the “IL COPS Cycle Across Illinois” is an over 400 mile ride across the state from Springfield to Chicago over 3 days from 16 - 19 July to raise funds in support of Families whose lives have been impacted by the loss of a love one in the line of duty. The ride includes some of the parents, spouses and grown children who ride to remember and honor their love ones in the healing process...it's a powerful sharing of family strength and love for those of us pedalling to raise funds for the families.

 I am reaching out to ask you to think about donating to this cause in support of my ride. Please know that your generosity allows the children to participate in camps and other programs whose activities are developed to help them with the difficult journey they are experiencing on a daily basis.
