I decided to compete in Stark Naked to challenge myself in a new way to see how strong I have become both physically and mentally. Mental health has been an important component in my own life, and quarantine has highlighted why mental health should be a priority for all of us. My chosen charity is MindOC. Its a charity based in Orange County that is building a mental health campus to help with issues such as suicide prevention, homelessness, substance abuse recovery, and more.
