Can Cosmo Get Out of the Shelter in Time?

Cutie Cosmo was surrendered by his owner along with another dog to a rural VA shelter. He isn't sure why he was given up and he certainly doesn't deserve to live in alone in a cold cage. This sweet 5 year old beagle is lonely and really missing the comforts of a home. Sadly, without a rescue stepping forward to save him, Cosmo is likely to spend a lot longer as a homeless pup.
