God often works in the midst of crises to open the hearts of many to the gospel and draw them to faith in His Son. In times of hardship, tragedy and chaos, Christar workers seek to meet tangible and pressing needs in ways that enable them to connect with people who don’t yet know hope of the gospel and to lay the foundation for sharing the Good News.

The Christar International Network is creating a crises relief fund to help support projects proposed by Christar workers around the world as they carry out or are connected to local partnerships who are providing COVID-19 relief in the short-term and other crisis relief, rehabilitation and development needs that may arise in the future.

The unprecedented impact of COVID-19 has created a huge need for relief work in many of the locations where we have workers.  We have also seen that smaller crisis events happen on a regular basis and having funding at the ready will help us to be able to be more proactive in responding to these events for relief, rehabilitation and development work.  In the wake of this pandemic, funds from the Crises Relief Fund will be used to enable Christar workers and their local partners to provide timely assistance, demonstrating the love and compassion of Christ in tangible ways and opening doors for future ministry.

If you would like to be a part of the solution to help with these relief efforts, your financial contribution will have a huge impact as you support projects globally that specifically address these relief needs.  Your gift will equip Christar workers with the resources to provide short-term assistance to those struggling in the wake of COVID-19, as well as allow them to respond quickly to needs for relief and development work in the future.
