Little Miss Elite is an eluxuous pageant designed to celebrate and uplift the young ladies affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club in Columbia, Missouri.
In partnership with the Mizzou student organization, ELITE 23 Inc., the girls at the Boys and Girls Club Columbia are exposed to sisterhood, grace and charm through a GRAND pageant experience.
