Dahlia is a 3-year-old female Lab mix rescued by HSI from a South Korean dog meat farm. Homeward Trails is one of just five rescues taking in some of the 196 dogs rescued by HSI. The dogs raised on these meat farms live in horrific conditions. They are tethered on short chains, and live without even the most basic protections. They are exposed to the oppressive heat and crippling cold. They live a life without kindness or hope.
Until now.
Your donation will ensure that Dahlia gets all the care she needs so she is ready to start over in a home that will love her the way she deserves, and where she'll never be in that type of danger again. With your help, we can show Dhalia there is so much more to life than a short leash and crowded cage.
