Dan Holtz - Stark Naked

I would consider myself to be a healthy person overall.  I’ve never participated in any type of weight loss challenges or events. I was introduced to Stark Naked and was intrigued by their perspective on health and how to obtain the goals I was looking for.  SN’s program is not for the semi-committed or instant quick fix.   This program requires dedication, emotionally, physically and mentally. I’ve been doing SN for 1 year and it’s changed my perspective on my ideas about weight loss, fitness, and really opened me to the knowledge of my body and how I respond to food, working out, and my everyday way of life.  I’m excited about this journey and can’t wait to see where I end up, and I’m even thinking about bringing this to my office.  

 This Charity is near and dear to my heart.  I have had the pleasure of serving as Vice Chairman on the Board for over 10 years and will continue to do so with as much dedication as my first year. 

Council on Aging is an organization that looks out for the elder community.  We have all heard the stories of our elderly being taken advantage of in the health care systems, financially and even sometimes with family.  Our mission is to help promote the independence, health and dignity of older adults through compassion, education and advocacy.  We have volunteers that primarily will go to an elderly person’s home just to be a friendly face and give them company.  Every need is different for our elderly and we are committed to making sure that their needs physically, mentally, emotionally.
