Darling Dottie Needs Help

Dottie is a petite, absolutely adorable, mostly white Jack Russell Terrier mix with brown and black ears and spots. This curly-tailed cutie is only 5 months old and now finds herself in a southern Virginia shelter due to no fault of her own – she was an owner surrender. Southern Virginia shelters are often low resource, low foot traffic, and have higher euthanasia rates – and are also often loud and crowded. It is no place for any dog, let alone a young pup like Dottie, who is probably overwhelmed there.
