Meet Our Star Debbie Laughlin-Johnson!

Debbie is a a two year resident of New Braunfels,  and adores her new home. Scottish born and raised, she has resided in the USA for 23 years now. She is an aspiring author, and currently a busy writer, speaker & community leader. She runs the local networking chapter of the nationally acclaimed Business Among Moms, and is the New Braunfels Ambassador for Boss Babes. She manages a transparent and real life mid-life blog, and connects with women and the community through speaking engagements and involvement in causes close to her heart. She is married to her sweet and goofy husband, Aaron, a navy veteran, math teacher and assistant tennis coach. Between them they have three daughters, 25, 18 and 7, all unique in their own way.  Debbie loves the autumn and Christmas holiday decorating seasons and can’t wait for all of the Hallmark films from Halloween to Christmas. She is a lover of books and scary movies, morning coffee, red wine, chocolate, and gnomes. Losing her mother early on in her life has molded and shaped her in ways she couldn’t have imagined, and Her faith and church is vital to keeping her grounded and for having a place to go when facing tough times. A big lover of Dancing with the Stars, she is nervous about her abilities but confident in her willingness to try!  Debbie will be dancing for CYT , River City Advocacy and Room Redux.
